From DIY to 260% Increase In Appointments Booked

Moksha Therapy had outgrown the site it started with. It wasn't built to convert and it wasn't visible where people were actually searching. A strategic redesign paired with SEO changed both, fast enough that the founder had to hire a front desk person just to keep up.

The situation

Moksha Therapy had a DIY site, the kind most service businesses start with when they're still bootstrapping. It worked fine when the business was small. But the brand had outgrown it. The site wasn't built to convert anyone who landed on it, and it wasn't showing up anywhere people were actually searching for physical therapy in Key West. Two separate problems, both quietly capping growth at the same time.

What we did

This ran on the same core approach as our other work, conversion psychology and design working together, not treated as separate problems. But here the win came from combining that with a full SEO push, on page optimization, local SEO, content, and technical fixes aimed specifically at ranking for the searches Moksha's actual patients were running. That work paid off directly, the clinic now ranks on the first page of Google for "physical therapy Key West," among other terms.

On the design side, two specific trust building moves mattered most. We added a reviews widget directly into the page, so social proof wasn't something a visitor had to go dig for on a third party site. And we put the number of patients transformed, along with the clinic's affiliated professional associations, above the fold, right where a first time visitor makes their fastest judgment about whether this is a real, credible practice.

The results

Appointments booked rose 260% over the three months we worked together. The founder's own words when it started working were direct: "I don't know what you did, but it's working."

The downstream effects tell the real story. He hired a front desk person specifically to get himself out of day to day scheduling and admin. The clinical team expanded with additional physical therapists. Service offerings grew. And where he was once buried in the business, he's now working four days a week while staying fully booked, freeing up enough time to train for something entirely outside the clinic, pitching in the MLB.
